Kerry: Conclusive evidence that Assad used chemical weapons

US State Secretary John Kerry said in an internet chat with citizens that the US has conclusive evidence that Syrian President Bashar Assad used chemical weapons against his countrymen.
Earlier on Friday, Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that tests conducted on Syrian refugees who escaped to Turkey showed evidence of chemical weapons. (AFP)
