State presents main arguments in appeal on Olmert, Zaken

The Criminal Department in the State Prosecutor’s Office filed an appeal with the Supreme Court presenting its main points in the appeal of the State regarding the acquittal in the case of former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in the Rishon Tours and Moshe Talansky affairs. The state noted that in it was not possible for Olmert not to have been aware of the fact that for years, he did not pay a shekel for his flights.
The State also submitted arguments regarding the sentence imposed on Olmert in the Investment Center affair and the verdict regarding Shula Zaken. (Aviel Magnezi)
