Russia FM: We will fulfill prior commitments to Syria

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said spoke of Russia's S-300 arms deal with Syria, saying "We will not sign any new deals. As regards the old ones, including those pertaining to missile defense systems, we intend to fulfill them. We have done so partially and we will bring our part in the deal to completion."
