IDF to stop using phosphorous shells in urban areas

During a hearing at the High Court of Justice, the State said from now on it would stop using phosphorous shells in urban areas, aside from exceptional circumstances, which it specified to the court behind closed doors.
The State was responding to a petition filed by various organizations, including Yesh Gvul. (Aviel Magnezi)
