PM residence wardrobe, makeup expenses double

The Prime Minister's Residence representation expenses, including wardrobe, makeup and hair treatments, nearly doubled from NIS 33,000 to NIS 64,000 ($9,200 to $18,000) in the years 2009-2012. The information was published by the Prime Minister's Office following an administrative appeal made by The Movement for Freedom of Information to the Jerusalem District Court.

 

The information reveals that the budget grew by 80% during these years, and it is estimated to be NIS 3.29 million ($920,000) this year compared to NIS 1.8 million ($504,000) in 2008. (Aviel Magnezi)
