Report: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev confessed to Boston bombings in note

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of two brothers suspected of committing the attack at the Boston marathon, left a note on the boat where he was hiding from the police. According to CBS, Tsarnaev wrote that the attack was "retribution for US military action against Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq."
