Syria: Torture tools found in security service building in Raqqa

Torture tools were found in a building of the local security services in Raqqa, Syria, indicating that detainees held at the location were tortured by President Bashar Assad’s forces. This was reported by the activist organization Human Rights Watch.
The northern city of Raqqa is the first provincial capital which fell to the rebels, being taken over last March. (AFP)
