Alexei Pushkov, head of the foreign affairs committee in Russia’s parliament, said that Moscow is against a no-fly zone in Syria "because they become the first step to an air campaign." He further added that sending S-300 to Syria "is a message … we do not support any foreign interference in Syrian affairs.”
