Park supervisoer attacked after fighting illegal game hunting

A park supervisor for the National Parks Authority was attacked will operating against illegal game hunting in the orchards of Kibbutz Matzuva. He was lightly wounded and evacuated to a local hospital. The police have arrested two residents of Abu Sanan in connection to the event.
Three days ago an additional park supervisor, Uri Sulimani, was also attacked after requesting two ATV riders – whom he suspected of unlawful activity in relations to park animals – to identify themselves, the two then beat him with their helmets. (Ahiya Raved)
