State hands Homesh land back to Palestinian owners

The State notified the Supreme Court it intended to annul a 35-year-old order by which the land of the Homesh settlement was expropriated from Palestinians. The State made the decision following a petition by Palestinian landowners.
The settlement was evacuated and razed as part of the disengagement plan in 2005. (Aviel Magnezi)
