The practical applications of new technologies needn’t end at your computer either, with Israeli companies exploiting these advances for day-to-day tasks such as car maintenance and even helping save lives.

Each person we spoke to offered their own theory on why Israel is in this bubble of technological innovation.

"Israelis are really fast reacting to the market itself with plenty of technology," says OriginGPS CEO Haim Goldberger. "Something from their mothers is pushing them towards technology and high-tech. It’s part of the family of Israelis: We are trying to be in front at the edge of technology everywhere, and also it’s a must for Israel.”

“I think it’s very obvious that Israel has always been a good source for good technology and good innovation where I think we’re innovative by nature," says Adi Nativ of Radwin Wireless Solutions.

Whatever the reasons are, Israel looks like the place to be for startup tech companies to mature into heavyweight performers on the international tech market.
