Zion Sqaure attack: Plea bargain struck with defendant

Jerusalem District Court accepted the plea bargain signed by the District Attorney's Office with one of the youngsters involved in the attack of the young Arab, Jamal Julani, and other Arabs in Zion Square in the city's center in August 2012.

According to the plea bargain, the minor confessed to aggravated assault from a racist motive of several Arabs and specifically for the injury of Julani. The plea bargain struck out the incitement to racism charge. (Aviel Magnezi)
