Gov't moves to bolster business collaboration with China

The government approved the establishment of two committees tasked with formulating an action plan aimed at strengthening economic ties between Israel and China, including promoting trade, mutual investment and research and development projects between the two countries.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "We are looking for ways to increase the rate of growth of GNP, and opening the Chinese market is certainly one of the things that potentially can do the trick." (Attila Somfalvi)
