Beersheba Mayor Ruvik Danilovich said he was not certain the incident in Bank Hapoalim which claimed the lives of four people was a robbery gone awry.
"This is not a classic case of heist, maybe it's rather the work of a mentally unstable man," said the official, adding the shooting was a tragedy for the city. (Ilana Curiel)
