Beersheba shooter visited bank twice before carnage

Police are examining evidence indicating the shooter, a 40-year-old resident of Beersheba, visited Bank Hapoalim Monday morning, before returning for a second visit in the afternoon and finally coming in for the third time and perpetrating the carnage.
