Condition of bank shooting victim stabilized

A person who was seriously wounded in Monday’s shooting at the Bank Hapoalim in Beersheba Monday has been stabilized. The victim is sedated and on a respirator in the intensive care unit at Soroka Medical Center in the city.
The director of the trauma unit, Professor Gadi Shaked said, "The patient underwent a complex operation which lasted for several hours and continues to receive supportive care." The patient is listed in serious condition after suffering four gunshot wounds to the back and stomach. (Ilana Curiel)
