State auditor will check officials’ spending in Israel, abroad

State Comptroller retired Judge Joseph Shapira, said that due to the many calls his office has received on the issue, he has decided to examine state-covered expenses of public officials in Israel and abroad.
This follows public criticism regarding the Prime Minister's spending. Next week the comptroller’s office will hold a discussion on the scope of the examination. (Aviel Magnezi)
