Minister Peri: Proposal determines that burden shared by all

Minister Yaakov Peri, the head of the committee which drafted a proposal calling to draft haredim at the age of 21, said "this is a historic amendment to the Security Service Law and determines that everyone shoulders the burden."
According to the plan, haredim will be recruited at the age of 21, while 1,800 exemptions will be granted to exceptional Torah scholars during each recruitment cycle. (Moran Azulay)
