Arad commander let go for police conduct prior to murders

Conclusions have been reached by a committee examining the response of local law enforcement to events preceeding the murder of two young girls in the Negev village of Al Furah on Tuesday.

Among them, Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino has decided to dismiss the Arad station chief, the deputy police chief and the station’s head of investigations, effective immediately. (Ilana Curial and Omri Ephraim)
