Lapid: Peri Committee conclusions a victory for Israel

Finance Minister Yair Lapid has said in an email to activists of his Yesh Atid party that the conclusions of the Knesset Committee for Promoting Equal Share of the Burden, headed by Minister Yaakov Peri, were "a huge victory for Yesh Atid and all of the State of Israel."
According to Lapid, "Instead of giving in to the different sectors, the State is going back to acting like an adamant sovereign." According to the committee's conclusions, 70% of haredim will be drafted within three years. (Moran Azulay)
