Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas commended US State Secretary John Kerry's efforts to renew the peace talks between the Palestinians and Israel.
In the World Economic Forum's conference in Jordan Abbas added that "there's still a chance for peace," and called Israel to release Palestinian prisoners and freeze settlement construction. (AFP)
