Israel to UNSC: Syrians attempt to provoke conflict

Israeli UN Ambassador Ron Prosor issued a complaint to the UN Security Council regarding Syrian shooting at an IDF vehicle on routine patrol in the Golan Heights Tuesday.
Prosor stated that the shooting was a violation of the disengagement agreements between Israel and Syria, and is part of Damascus's attempt at provoking conflict.
