Man suspected of snatching necklaces off elderly women

Maxim Togov, a 24-year-old resident of Bat Yam, was indicted for robbery of three elderly women. According to the indictment, he ripped their necklaces off their necks.
In one case, he attacked the old lady after following her from a bus stop to her residential building. Another was stripped of her necklace as she was sat on a park bench. The prosecution requested to remand Togov until the end of proceedings. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
