Rabbi Yoseph on haredi enlistment efforts: God is with us
Shas Party spiritual leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef slammed the government's efforts to implement a new plan of conscription to the IDF of haredi youths in his weekly sermon on Saturday.
"All those who wish us evil, conspire to tear yeshiva students away from their Torah - God shall defy their exhortation and defy their thoughts, respond to reward their heads," Yosef said. They shall speak and not a soul would heed, because the Lord is with us." (Kobi Nachshoni)
