Peres, Jordan's king meet, agree on 2-state solution

President Shimon Peres held a meeting with Jordan's King Abdullah II in which the two stressed that the two-state solution is the only viable solution for the conflict, to achieve peace between the Palestinians and Israel and increase stability and security in the region.

Peres is scheduled to speak in the next hour in the closing plenum of the World Economic Forum meeting held in the Hashemite Kingdom, and will later meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. (Roi Kais)
