Court extends remand of suspect of stabbing mother, girlfriend

The Krayot Magistrate's Court extended by nine days the remand of Roee Ohana, suspected of stabbing his mother to death and inflicting stab wounds to his girlfriend and two men Monday.
The mother is expected to be laid to rest Tuesday afternoon. The court did not grant Ohana's request to attend his mother's funeral. His girlfriend, admitted to the Rambam Medical Center in Haifa is stabilized. (Ahiya Raved, Hassan Shaalan)
