Ya'alon: S-300 missiles transfer to Syria only in 2014
Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon said in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee: "We are closely following the possibility that Russia would transfer S-300 missiles to Syria. According to the reports, the missiles have yet to be transferred, and if they would eventually be transferred, it would only happen in 2014."
According to him, "our policy is that we do not intervene in the Syrian civil war, as long as our interests are not being harmed through the transfer of advanced weapons, missiles or chemical weapons to Hezbollah." (Moran Azulay)
