Knesset discusses violence against Bedouin women
At a joint meeting of the Knesset's House and Status of Women committees discussing violence against Bedouin women, Police representative Major-General Itzik Almog said that "Israel Police acts in a uniform, equal, consistent and continuous manner in any case related to domestic violence.
In general, some 450 cases are investigated every year following complaints by Bedouin citizens." (Ynet)
