State to High Court: Reject appeal to reopen Lieberman case

The State prosecutor’s office responded to the High Court regarding the appeal to reopen the investigation against Avigdor Lieberman and asked to dismiss the petition.
The State's response stated that although evidence was examined closely prior to closure of the case, no clear conclusions were reached and there was no reasonable chance of conviction, thus the decision to close the case was appropriate. (Aviel Magnezi)
