An Israel Air Force Cobra
helicopter made an emergency landing after a technical malfunction was found in the aircraft as it was engaged in a routine training
flight.
No injuries were reported in the incident that took place only a few weeks after Cobra helicopters returned to operational status.

The helicopters were initially grounded as a result of a March 12 accident that claimed the lives of IAF pilots Lt.-Col. Noam Ron, 49, and Maj. Erez Flekser, 31.
According to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, technical staff is looking into the helicopter's systems.
The helicopter was towed by a Yasur helicopter to an area from which it was easier to load onto a truck that took the Cobra in for repairs.
In August, a Yasur helicopter made an emergency landing after its blades malfunctioned. Following that incident, all Yasur helicopters were grounded until the circumstances of the malfunctioning were clear.
