2 teens charged with assaulting Arab youth in Jerusalem

An indictment has been filed with the Jerusalem District Court against an 18-year-old and another teen on charges of racially motivated assault of an Arab youth. The two are charged with aggravated battery.
According to the indictment, the two assaulted the man with the aid of five others a week and a half ago in Jerusalem's Jewish quarter. They dropped him to the floor, punched and kicked him in the face and back. One of the defendants is also accused of assaulting a police officer. (Aviel Magnezi)
