Judge to rape victim: 'Some girls enjoy rape'

A 19-year-old girl who was raped by four Palestinians when she was 13 was told that there are "some girls (who) enjoy rape" during a court procedure Wednesday.
One of the judges from the three-judge panel conducting the procedure, Judge Nissim Isaiah, made the comment, prompting outrage in the courtroom. In response, Culture and Sport Minister Limor Livnat, who chairs the ministerial committee on the status of women, called the judge's comment "appalling and outrageous." (Moran Azulay)
