Turkey: 3rd protester dies as deputy PM meets with activists

A Turkish social activist wounded during the violent protests in Ankara succumbed to his wounds and became the third person to die as a result of the anti-government demonstrations currently plaguing the country, Hürriyet Daily News reported.
In the meantime, Reuters reported that Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc met with a group of protesters which demanded the government abandon its plans to redevelop the Taksim Park which sparked the protests, release all those arrested and halt police usage of teargas. (Ynet)
