Truck driver suspected of running over 80-year-old arrested

The police have arrested a truck driver suspected of involvement in a hit-and-run in which an 80-year-old man was killed near the Flea Markey in Jaffa Wednesday morning.
After allegedly running the old man over, the driver continued to drive, and police are now attempting to ascertain whether he fled the scene or failed to notice he had struck the man. (Eli Senyor)
