Exclusive: Judge who made rape comments to resign

Retired Judge Nissim Yeshaya, who said "Some girls enjoy being raped," has decided to resign from the positions he has held since his retirement in wake of the media hubbub and public out-roar his comments caused. 

Justice Minister Tzipi Livni and Chief Justice Asher Grunis discussed the matter and after consulting with Yeshaya decided to accept his resignation. (Aviel Mengazi)
