Polio in sewers: More southern towns' residents to be vaccinated

The Health Ministry stated that it will vaccinate the residents of Trabin, Mishmar Hanegev and Gvaot Bar against polio after traces of the virus were found in the local sewage system.
Earlier on Wednesday, it was decided to vaccinate all Rahat resident against the virus and complete vaccinations for Beersheba children. The ministry stressed that there is no need to boil drinking water as the virus is found only in the sewage. (Dr. Itay Gal)
