Turkish foreign minister angry at Kerry comments

Turkey's state-run news agency says Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has reproached US Secretary of State John Kerry for comments critical of the Turkish crackdown on protesters.

The Anadolu Agency said Wednesday Davutoglu held a telephone conversation with Kerry and accused the US of treating Turkey "as a second-class democracy." He also complained that Washington did not react to similar protests in other countries. (AP)
