Two Syrian citizens who were severely injured in the battles between the Syrian army and rebel forces and were evacuated by the IDF to receive medical care in the Ziv Medical Center in Safed. One of the injured men suffers gunshot wounds to the chest and the other was shot in the stomach. (Maor Buchnik)
