Report: Assad to give speech to Syrian people soon

A Syrian news channel affiliated with President Bashar Assad's regime quoted Syrian officials as saying Assad will soon give a 'historic' speech directed to the Syrian people.
According to the Syrian sources, Assad will congratulate his army and its seizing of the city of Qusair, and promise that the army will continue in its task of recapturing all areas seized by the rebels. According to the sources, Assad will emphasize that the struggle will end soon, and afterwards a phase of reconstruction will begin. (Roi Kais)
