TA nightclub fined for failing to enforce no-smoking policy

The Supreme Court ordered a Tel Aviv nightclub to compensate three youths in the sum of NIS 5,000 ($1,364) for failing to enforce the State's no-smoking policy in the premises.

 

The ruling also determined that the club is to pay NIS1,160,000 (roughly $316,500) to the Israel Cancer Association.
