The octogenarian father of Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Moqdad was released Thursday after three weeks of detention by armed men, a security source told AFP.
A government source reported that the 84-year-old man was taken from his home on May 18 by rebels in the village of Ghossom. (AFP)
