An indictment was filed with Beersheba's District Court against a Jericho resident for rape, indecent acts, assault, threats and illegal residency.
The suspect, who has been residing illegally in Israel for three years, allegedly took advantage of a drunken Kiryat Malachi resident and raped her in broad daylight in the middle of a street when she was unconscious. In addition, the suspect is alleged to have attacked several gardeners working nearby and threatening them. (Ilana Curiel)
