State confirms: African state to take Eritreans, North Sudanese

The State presented the Supreme Court with its deposition on an arrangement with African states to deport Eritreans and North Sudanese to their territories.

The State's answer says the State has reached an agreement with one African state to function as a final destination state for Eritreans in Israel. The answer also stated that advanced negotiations are in motion with four additional states to function as final destinations and transfers for Eritreans in the course of long-term arrangements.
