Severed cow's head placed in Beersheba square
None
A severed cow's head was found early Monday morning in a fountain in a residential neighborhood in the southern city of Beersheba. The fountain wall read: "All suffering is equal, a meal can be replaced, life cannot."
Municipal workers cleared the bloody exhibit to a nearby dumpster. Last March, several severed animal heads were placed in different locations in Tel Aviv and Holon to protest against the slaughter of animals. (Ilana Curial)
