Syrian President Bashar Assad told Jordanian politicians that opening a front in the Golan against Israel is "a serious matter," Hezbollah-affiliated Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reported.
The politicians, members of the Jordanian opposition, said that Assad added that "a few extemporary rockets will not be launched from time to time…The resistance will be well-planned and will draw the scene of conflict in a manner that will damage the enemy." (Roi Kais)
