Indictment: Officer beat handcuffed soldier

An indictment was filed against a former IDF base commander, captain-ranked officer, for offenses of exceeding authority, aggravated abuse and conduct unbecoming.
According to the indictment filed with the military court, about two years ago the officer tried a soldier in a disciplinary hearing. During the hearing, the soldier pulled down his pants and exposed his behind at the defendant. The officer ordered to handcuff the soldier and then beat him. (Yoav Zitun)
