US prepares indictment against NSA whistleblower

CNN reported the United States is preparing an indictment against Edward Snowden, the former National Security Agency contractor who disclosed details about two massive spying programs. A state official stressed the details of the indictment will not be presented soon.
Earlier on Tuesday, Russia stated that should Snowden, who fled the US and currently resides in Hong Kong, file for political asylum it will consider the request positively. (Ynet)
