Law: Year in prison for those who discriminate
None
The Justice Department and the Attorney General have circulated a memorandum to the anti-discrimination law which covers the giving of products, services or entry into public places, or places of entertainment.
The memorandum to the law suggests punishment of one year imprisonment to those who disgrace or humiliate someone to prevent them from getting a product or public service due to race, religion, nationality, country of origin, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status or parenthood.
