None
Figures released by the IDF show a decline in the number of reserve days taken by reservists annually starting in 2009. In 2012, a soldier in combat performed on average 11 days of reserve duty; a soldier in the back lines performed four days, on average. This follows 2009, where numbers stood around 14 days for combat, and 9 days annually, for the backlines.
According to the data, there has been an increase in women serving in the reserves, and they represent some 15% of total amount of reservists in 2012, compared to 12% in 2009. (Yoav Zitun)
