Police arrested a northern Israel resident in his 50s for allegedly chaining his 18-year-old daughter to a bathtub and beating her as an "educational measure" after she came home late.
The daughter sustained injuries to her head, hands and body. Later, police also arrested the youth's mother, and are currently investigating whether the incident was the latest in a series of abuses.
